BlackGold Fodder Security Solutions was started by Lily Mason and Pete Singleton

4 years ago we bought 2 sidewalls cutters from china and set them up on a trailer with a generators,  compressor, conveyor and sidewalls stackers.

Travelling around mostly Victoria we cut sidewall from tyres on farms.

A Filthy job no one should need to do, whole tyres on farms full of Stank Liquid.

Not something that should be near feed of any description.

Toxic Filthy Stank Liquid well known by all that cover silage world wide as the dreaded task of moving tyres.

At that stage our goal was cleaning up Australia's farms and cutting the tyres into efficient rubber products.

Sidewalls were for Silage Weights and Tread Rings best used as the Mechanical Concrete concept.

As we cut tyres around Australia We continued the Reaserch world wide.

To find the world was in the exact same situation as Australia stuck in a mindset of using a free waste product at comprised Security with Excessive Labour for the Past 50 years.

Milking Into a bucket with holes.

Monster Piles of Tyres unmanageable and impossible to count.

Tyre Piles Fire Hazards stacked up directly under High ⚡️ power lines.

An estimated 12,000 turned in 20,000 with 10,000 more to go.

Tyres in a Pile are Impossible to count.

Cutting tyres onsite was not efficient

Damaged Tyres and Stack locations made the job difficult and time consuming

Large 4x4s to small trailer tyres, 10 to 40 years old we learnt about sidewall cutting the hard way that's for sure.

Just like the world has tried we did tie with string for some time.

Extremely time consuming and a temporary solution to join sidewalls but a huge improvement to the end user to Unroll a system.

I must Say the holder of these Strings is Cute.

This is Not 2025 Efficiency

This was NOT EFFICIENT in 1975 but its still done Today
